BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Several area emergency dispatches reported 911 phone system issues Friday.
Cities in Calhoun county, including Battle Creek, Marshall, and Emmett Township are reportedly resolved. Grand Rapids believed their system had come back up, but alerted us just before 9:30 p.m. of continued issues
