Update: The Sheriff's Office identified the woman killed in the crash as Kylie Vanetten from Spring Lake.
Police say a woman is dead after a driver crossed the center line and hit her vehicle head-on.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night on Cleveland Street just east of 144th Avenue in Crockery Township.
Deputies say the 31-year-old-woman from Spring Lake Township was heading west on Cleveland street when a Ford F-150 crossed the center line and hit her head-on.
The driver of the truck, a 36-year-old man from Crockery Township, was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
