JAMESTOWN TWNP., Mich. — Two people were sent to the hospital after a crash in Jamestown Township that occurred just before Noon.
Around Noon on Saturday, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a 2-car personal injury traffic crash on 48th Aveune at Adams St. in Jamestown Township.
Investigation shows that a 41-year-old from Hamilton driving a GMC pick up truck was heading northbound on 48th Ave. He failed to stop for the stop sign at Adams St and struck a westbound Chevy Equinox driven by a 59-year-Hamilton man.
Both the driver and passenger from the Chevy Equinox were transported to Zeeland Community Hospital for their injuries.
The driver of the GMC was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign.
