ZEELAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 17 year-old Hudsonville resident was found at-fault for a crash with a motorcycle Wednesday just after 7 p.m.
The teen was driving north on 64th Avenue and stopped at the intersection with Chicago drive. She then pulled into the path of a motorcycle driving east carrying two passengers.
The 58 year-old man from Lakeland, FL, and the 49 year-old woman from Zeeland were alert when police arrived but hospitalized with minor injuries. Neither were wearing a helmet. Police reported the 16 year-old passenger of the car was injured in the crash, but did not mention if she was taken to the hospital.
The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office tells FOX 17 the teen driver was given a ticket for the crash.
