PORT SHELDON, Mich —
UPDATE: According to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, Eli was located by a patrol deputy on the north side of Holland Township shortly after 8 p.m. Officials say he was turned over to Holland Hospital for medical care and to be returned to his family.
The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding 17-year-old Eli Schroeck.
Investigators say Schroeck left his home in the area of Stanton Street and Hiawatha Drive around 5 p.m. and has not returned. They also say friends and family have not been able to reach him.
Officials believe the teen may possibly be endangered, but have not released further details.
