BLENDON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 4-year-old was killed in an accidental shooting in Blendon Township Friday night.
The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. Officials say the 4-year-old had been shot with a pellet gun.
Officers administered medical treatment on scene, and the child was transported to the hospital where the child later passed away.
Ottawa County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the incident.
