ALLENDALE — Deputies say they are investigating after an armed robbery which led to a pursuit near GVSU.
It happened just before 11 p.m. Wednesday night at the Locale Apartments on Pierce Street in Allendale.
A victim called 9-1-1 after two suspects held them at gunpoint and stole their car.
A short time later, there was an attempted armed robbery in the same area involving separate victims.
Deputies were able to find that stolen car, and the drivers led them on a pursuit into Grandville. The car ended up crashing into a tree.
One of the suspects inside was arrested, another took off.
Police say they did recover a gun at the scene.
