HOLLAND, Mich. — A man needed to be extricated from his vehicle after crashing into a field on US 31 near Felch Sunday morning.
It happened around 4:30 a.m., and Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies found him in a field near Woodspring Suites on VanOmmen Dr.
Deputies say that the 19-year-old Holland resident lost control of his Buick Century while driving southbound on US 31, then rolled over into the field and was pinned inside his vehicle.
Holland Township Fire/Rescue helped extricate him, then he was taken to the hospital where he is expected to be ok.
