MUSKEGON, Mich. — With Halloween right around the corner, the Lakeshore Museum Center is hosting two nights of flashlight tours at the Hackley & Hume Historic Sites.
On October 23 and 24, guests are invited to arrive at dark and wander through all five stories of the houses. Flashlights will be provided and spooky tales will be told about each home's former inhabitants. However, according to the sites, the tours are not necessarily scary and no one will be around to jump out and surprise participants.
Tickets are unfortunately sold out, but there will be two sessions each night, one from 7 to 8 p.m. and the other from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Erin Schmitz, Program Manager for Hackley & Hume Historic Sites, joined Fox 17 live to share more information about the flashlight tours.
