MUSKEGON, Mich. — The Muskegon Police Department is looking for assistance from the public in finding a missing man.
84-year-old Frank Richard Towsley has Alzheimer's and was last seen Friday morning around 10 a.m within the area of Barclay St. and Southern Ave. in Muskegon.
Towsley is described as being 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. It is unclear what he was last seen wearing.
