MUSKEGON, Mich. — The winter weather is unavoidable this time of year, but that doesn't mean you can't get out and enjoy it!

FOX 17's Savannah Fish brought us to Muskegon Luge to show us how they're social distancing, naturally.

Muskegon Luge offers luge, ice skating, skiing, and snowshoes, but they're also committing to the safety of their customers during the ongoing pandemic.

They are operating at a much more limited capacity than usual, only letting in 18 people at a time through a single entrance and exit.

Masks are required when indoors and everyone must keep at least 6 feet away from each other both inside and outside.

Restrooms are limited to one person at a time, and additional portable restrooms will be outside the lodge.

Tickets and equipment will be purchased or rented outside along with concessions.

Outdoor seating with heat is set up to provide some areas for customers to remove their masks, as long as they are social distancing.

They say be prepared to be outside the entire time of your visit, and that you must wash your hands frequently.

Muskegon Luge is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, weather permitting.
