SEE UPDATE: Man arrested after road rage incident and car chase in Muskegon County
EGELSTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police were on the hunt today for a suspect in Muskegon County.
Our cameras saw several sheriff deputies and Michigan State Police Troopers in the area of N Broton and White Roads in Egelston Township early Wednesday morning.
A Michigan State Police trooper on scene told FOX 17 they were searching the area of for a man who was believed to be armed and dangerous.
His identity has not yet been released.
As of 4:30 a.m., there was a heavy police presence in the area of Maple Island Road and Annabel Drive.
Earlier this morning, our crews saw a Muskegon County deputy with a car that was being towed away at Maple Island Road and Hall Road.
It is not clear if these scenes are connected.
