Both Muskegon and Ottawa Counties have declared states of Emergency after rising water levels and heavy rainfall.

Residents living in the Bluffton neighborhood say the flooding became really bad two weeks ago and now has only become worse.

A large sinkhole has opened up on Fenner Road between Green Creek and Buys in North Muskegon.

There are also homes under water in the Grand Haven, Ferrysburg, and Spring Lake areas.
