HOLLAND, Mich. — A mobile home in Holland has been significantly damaged after a fire spread through the rear.

Firefighters responded at 10:50 p.m. Friday night to the residential area of 1055 Lincoln Avenue near Highway 31, after callers claimed heavy amounts of smoke were pouring out of the roof.

Upon arrival, firefighters searched the mobile home and found no one. They managed to quickly contain the fire and consolidate it to the back of the residence, preventing it from spreading to neighboring homes.

Within an hour and a half, the fire was put out. There are no injuries and the cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Holland Fire Department.
