SALEM TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A woman from Byron Center was killed when, police say, she failed to stop at a stop sign and ran into the trailer of a semi.
The 27-year-old was driving eat on 144th Avenue when she approached the intersection. The Jeep she was driving ended up under the trailer of the semi. Allegan County Sheriff's Deputies tell FOX 17 the woman died at the scene of her injuries.
