OTSEGO, Mich. — One little girl is paying it forward with a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit.
Bella Tyler-Land has wanted to have a lemonade stand for the past few years, according to her grandma Jenette Robar, and spent about 2-3 hours building it with some family help.
She came up with the design and the overall goal for the stand: to buy her very own Fitbit.
When Bella went to the city to get a permit, they waived the payment for it.
Along the way, she ended up donating about 75% of her opening day's funds to Sylvia's Place, which helps victims of domestic abuse.
