OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Deputies in Kalamazoo County are investigating a second carjacking that happened around the same time as another.
The second carjacking happened around 10 p.m. Sunday on Redcoat Lane in Oshtemo Township.
The victim was approached by two suspects, one of which was armed. The two then robbed the victim of his wallet and cell phone and fled in the victim's car.
Deputies are now searching for two suspects. The first is described as a thin build black man around 5 foot 10. The second is a white man around 5'8 also with a thin build. Both are said to be in their early to mid-20's.
Invesitgators believe the most recent carjacking is connected to another which happened around 11 p.m. less than three miles away, on West Kl Avenue.
