KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A person is dead after a crash near Kilgore Rd. and Kilgore Service Rd. around 12:15 a.m. Sunday morning.
Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers were called to a head-on collision, where they found two vehicles that had seen "significant damage."
The passenger of one of the vehicles was in full cardiac arrest, and while they were taken to a nearby hospital they were soon pronounced dead.
While the drivers of both vehicles were also taken to the hospital, they are expected to be ok.
Officers are still investigating the crash, however they say that alcohol is a factor.
They will release more information about the victim after their family is notified.
