KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Two men are in custody for a January, 2019 shooting.
Antonio Perkins and Willie Warren are facing charges for allegedly firing rounds into a home while the residents were inside on Grand Prairie in Kalamazoo Township a year-and-a-half ago.
Police arrested 34-year-old Perkins last Thursday and 42-year-old Warren was arrested Wednesday. They're both being charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm in to a building and 2 counts of felony firearm.
11 days after the 2019 shooting, the same home was burned down, killing Gary Selig. Police say they are not sure if the two crimes are connected, but ask anyone with information to call silent observer at (269)343-2100 or the Township of Kalamazoo Police Department at (269)381-0391.
