KALAMAZOO, Mich. — One suspect has been arrested following a stabbing incident that sent two people to the hospital.
Police responded to the area of James Street and East Stockbridge around 6 p.m. Wednesday on reports of a stabbing. Once there, they found two victims in different locations.
The 42-year-old suspect, known to the victims only by a nickname, initially fled from the area, according to police.
We're told that suspect later returned to the scene, at which time officers were able to take them into custody.
Both of the victims were taken to the hospital, but are expected to be okay.
