COMSTOCK, Mich. — A suspect was taken into custody after officials say fires were set in a Comstock Walmart store on Monday.
It happened before 6 p.m. at the store located at 6065 Gull Road in Comstock.
According to Comstock fire officials, store employees were able to put the fires out with extinguishers.
Fire crews checked the store for additional fires and ventilated the store. The health department was on scene as well to rule out any health concerns.
Officials say no injuries were reported and the store remained open.
