KALAMAZOO, Mich. — One person is hospitalized after being critically injured in a crash, which officers say appear to involve drugs or alcohol.
Early Saturday morning at 12:15 a.m., authorities with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to a report of a crash on Portage Street near I-94 and Comfort Inn Wings Stadium.
When officers arrived, they found two vehicles crashed and one of the drivers unconscious. The driver was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.
The crash is still under investigation by the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, and anyone with information is asked to call 488-8911 or Silent Observer at 343-2100.
