KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety received reports of a structure fire in the area of Edgemoor Avenue and Alta Vista Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
Officers arrived to find copious amounts of fire and smoke emanating from the garage, which was attached to the home, according to KDPS.
We’re told that people were inside the home during the fire and that officers quelled the blaze in 15 minutes.
No injuries were reported. The fire is currently under investigation.
