KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A Kalamazoo residence has been damaged after a fire broke out on Friday, July 3.
This happened in a neighborhood area on South Burdick Street near Nonla Burger restaurant and Tienda Guatemalteca grocery store.
Officers responded to calls from neighbors saying smoke and flames were coming from inside the residence.
When they arrived, authorities were told the property was empty and no one was inside.
The fire was brought under control in under 20 minutes and there were no injuries.
