KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan is celebrating the lives of loved ones with the first-ever Virtual Butterfly Release & Remembrance Week.
Due to Coronavirus, the event will be held on social media as well as the non-profit's website starting on July 18 through July 24.
A schedule will be included in the registration packet, and you can purchase a keepsake butterfly in memory of your loved one for $30.
Registration and Butterfly sales are now open online; the funds raised will help guarantee that communities have access to hospice care, along with free grief support to anyone mourning the loss of a loved one, whether or not they use the agency's services.
