KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Ascension hospitals are joining a growing group accepting donations of personal protective equipment.
A drive-through donation site will open up on Wednesday at Accession Borgess Hospital Lawrence Education Center located at 1521 Gull Rd. in Kalamazoo. Donations will b accepted every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Supplies being accepted include:
- Surgical masks
- Isolation masks
- N95 masks
- Isolation gowns
- Surgical gowns
- Full-length plastic face shields
- 3/4-length plastic face shields
- Goggles
Mercy Health, Spectrum, and Kent and Ionia counties have also started a donation service for medical supplies.
