KALAMAZOO, Mich. — One person was injured after a shooting in Kalamazoo on Friday afternoon.

Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to reports of shots fired about 5:25 p.m. in the 3600 block of East Cork Street, according to a news release.

Officers are looking for four Black men in a smaller silver or gray SUV that fled the scene westbound on East Cork Street after the shooting.

The condition of the man shot was not immediately known.

Police are still investigating the scene.
