KENTWOOD, Mich. — Kentwood Police have arrested a man in connection to the death of a Grand Rapids man earlier this year.
Kenneth Durell Byrd, 36, has been arrested and charged in the murder of Ante Andrew Webb, 43, according to the Kentwood Police Department. They say Webb died of a gunshot wound on April 12.

Byrd, who police say was detained for unrelated charges at the Kent County Correctional Facility, was arraigned today on homicide and felony firearm charges. His bond was set at $1 million.
