GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police are investigating two different reports of shots fired in Grand Rapids that happened sometime overnight between July 24 and 25.
In the area of Division Street and Franklin Street near New York Fried Chicken, officers responded to calls of shots fired as a result of a large crowd misbehaving in a parking lot. Multiple casings were found, but no one was injured at the scene.
In a residential area on Bradford Street near Cambridge Square Apartments, authorities were called to shots fired at a house. Again, no injuries and multiple casings found. There is currently no suspect or description of vehicle, and the homeowner does not know why his house would be targeted.
