WYOMING, Mich. — Wyoming police have identified the victim in a fatal crash Sunday evening.
The crash happened around 4:50 p.m. Sunday on southbound US-131 near 54th Street. Police say 24-year-old Marcus Welch of Grand Rapids lost control of his vehicle and hit the cement median, causing his vehicle to get hit by another southbound vehicle.
Welch was killed in the crash.
Police said the crash is still under investigation but weather is considered a factor.
