BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Michigan State Police were investigating a shooting along a busy West Michigan highway Sunday morning.
According to MSP public information officer David Cope, the shooting occurred at 5 a.m. Sunday in the area of southbound U.S. 131 and 100th Street.
MSP's Rockford Post was handling the investigation.
Cope said more information will be released when it becomes available.
