UPDATE: At 9:55 a.m. Sunday, the Kent County Sheriff's Office reported that Johnathan Waters had been found safe.

Johnathan Michael Waters was last seen near Knapp St. NE and East Beltline Ave. NE around midnight on Sunday.
The 17-year-old is described as having a "diminished mental capacity," mental illness, and is currently off of his medications.
He has blonde hair, blue eyes, and was wearing a dark Nike shirt with dark Adidas pants when he was last seen.
