KENT COUNTY, Mich. — The Kent District Library’s hours of operation will resume on Jan. 19.

They say the Cascade branch will resume its in-branch hours on Feb. 1, citing a construction project.

“We are so excited to welcome our patrons back to the library once again,” says regional manager Anjie Gleisner. “We look forward to seeing and serving people while making our buildings a safe place to visit.”

KDL requires all patrons to wear masks when entering any building, adding that play spaces and study rooms will be closed for health safety.

Patrons are also asked to remain within the building for no longer than two hours, and capacity is limited to 30% per orders issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

Those wishing to us the library’s curbside pickup service may do so online, whereupon selected titles will be brought to their vehicles during operating hours. Virtual services may be accessed here.

Visit KDL's website for branch hours and services.
