KENT COUNTY, Mich. — All students attending Kelloggsville Public Schools will switch to virtual learning starting Wednesday.

The school district made the announcement in a Facebook post Tuesday afternoon.

KPS says all of its buildings will be closed for more than two weeks due to a surge in COVID-19 cases in the area. They expect to welcome students back into the buildings on Monday, Nov. 30.

The Facebook post says emails have been sent out with additional details. It also includes a schedule for the first week of virtual learning.

KPS adds that Chromebooks will be distributed to parents of children who ride the bus at West from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
