ADA TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Developers released plans Thursday morning for the development of a new hotel in Ada.
The three-story, 37,000-square-foot building will be called “The Ada House” and located on River Street across from Legacy Park. There will be 24 rooms, a restaurant and bar area, and the ability to host weddings and private events.
Initial plans to build the hotel were released by City Flats Hotel Group, but the project has since been given to AHC Hospitality.
Groundbreaking on the project is scheduled for later this year with a 12- to 18-month timeline. About 30-40 people will be employed at the hotel once it is built.
