KENT COUNTY, Mich. — It's beginning to be the new normal for police officers and sheriff deputies in Kent County.

Another round of break-ins are under investigation in both Kentwood and Wyoming.

Our crew counted at least three separate break-ins at used car dealerships along S. Division Avenue overnight.

Doors and windows were smashed out at Direct Auto Source, 3949 Division Avenue, Sharp Car Company, 3945 Division Ave S, and Auto Sport 3055 S Division Avenue.

It is not clear if anything was taken, but there was another break-in at a Quality Express Car Care Center, at 44th and Division.

The owner, Ron Cecil tells FOX 17 that his auto repair store was broken into early this morning.

According to Cecil, 15 sets of keys were taken along with a car that was in for repairs. He says they drove it through one of the garage doors which was badly damaged. He says the suspects also damaged several other cars at the business.

"Hopefully the customers will be understanding, and, you know, work with us through this," Cecil said in an interview with FOX 17. "We'll definitely take care of everything that damage to the customer. You know, that's kind of what insurance is for. So, you know, that's what we'll do."

Our crew saw a car that Cecil says was the one stolen being towed by police along Division Avenue but police have not confirmed that was in fact stolen from Quality Express Car Care Center.

If you know anything, call police.
