MANISTEE, Mich. — Manistee County says grants are available to help cover up to 50 percent of preschool tuition costs.
We’re told the program is available for children 3 to 4 years of age who are enrolled or may become enrolled in preschool.
Manistee County Coordinator Seth Hopkins advises families to consider the program and check with their preschools or providers regardless of income.
Qualifying families may receive as much as 50 percent in tuition aid upon committee review, according to Manistee County.
