GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. is announcing the cancellation of 2 World of Winter weekend events due to extreme cold. The organization made the announcement on Facebook Tuesday.
The Art Installation Walking Tour and the Circus Wonderland events have been postponed to February 20. Organizers say the events are being delayed to keep performers and guests safe.
