GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids Police say one person is in serious condition after 2 people were hit while crossing Knapp Street.
The crash caused a secondary collision with another car. Drivers of both vehicles do not appear to be injured and the second pedestrian is in 'fair condition' according to John Wittkowski of GRPD.
Knapp is closed between Leffingwell and the East Beltline while a forensics crew investigates the scene.
Police are asking everyone to avoid the area at this time.
