GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park has unveiled its first new art exhibit since reopening to the public earlier this month.

"George Segal: Body Language" features representations of the human body using different media, including plaster and various print techniques.

Segal was part of the pop art movement of the 1960s alongside other prominent artists, such as Andy Warhol.

His work was last displayed at Meijer Gardens in 2004. This is the first time his prints have been displayed with his sculptures.

The exhibit was originally scheduled to premiere in March, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It will run until January 3, 2021.
