GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man pleaded guilty Monday to charges connected with a shooting last Easter near downtown Grand Rapids.
Terrell Tate, 33, was arrested several days after the Easter Sunday shooting near the intersection of Cherry Street and Division Avenue. The victim was hospitalized, but ultimately survived.
On Monday, Tate pleaded guilty to assault with intent to commit great bodily harm, carrying a concealed weapon and felonious use of a firearm.
