GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Surveillance video released Tuesday shows what Grand Rapids police are calling a “vicious assault.”
It begins with four people on the screen: two men with guns and a third individual repeatedly hitting the victim.

The attack happened about 4 a.m. on Nov. 24 near South Division and Cutler.
GRPD believes the group assaulted multiple victims and fired shots into an empty car.
