GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The pandemic has put a delay on many plans, including weddings.

Cole Hoyer and Kelly Momber serve as officers and first met at GRPD and soon fell in love.

They were married on May 30 of this year, but had to postpone their large dream wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was the night of their small gathering riots broke out in Grand Rapids and many of their wedding party were soon called on duty.

GRPD acknowledged the couple and thanked them for their sacrifice and service.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
