GRAND RAPIDS — The Humane Society of West Michigan is working to empty the shelters this week.
Starting on Wednesday, the Bissell Pet Foundation, along with Cathy Bissell will sponsor adoption costs of dogs and cats in their care.
Adoption costs will be $25, but small pets will be $5 and fees will be waived for senior pets.
Empty the Shelters run through this weekend.
