GRAND RAPIDS, Mich — The infrastructure information line for the City of Grand Rapids will be open during the weekend to take storm-related calls, only.
311, the number you would call for traffic signal issues, parking questions, or general infrastructure information will have staff on hand during the impending ice storm.
"Starting at 8 a.m. Saturday through 4 p.m. Sunday, you can call 616.456.3000 to report storm-related issues." the City of Grand Rapids posted to Facebook.
They ask that calls be limited to storm related inquiries only during these hours.
