GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — ShowSpan is canceling three of its early-season shows at DeVos Place due to concerns about COVID-19, the consumer shows company announced Monday.
The shows affected include the Remodeling & New Homes Show, the Camper, Travel & RV Show and the Michigan Internation Auto Show.
“Our primary concern is doing everything we can to protect the health and well-being of the greater community, and to ensure a safe environment for our exhibitors, vendors, patrons and staff,” Show Producer Mike Wilbraham said. “Although we hate to cancel these shows, it is the right decision given the current circumstances.”
ShowSpan presents 14 shows per year, and Show Producer Henri Boucher expects the majority will take place as scheduled.
