ALLENDALE, Mich. — The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office says a 20-year-old woman was hit and has critical injuries after she tried to cross Lake Michigan Dr. near 52nd Ave. not using a crosswalk.
She was hit after 3 a.m. Monday.
Investigators say the driver of a silver Honda Accord was not able to stop in time when he saw her in the road.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.
