BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Firefighters in Battle Creek are investigating what caused a fire at an abandoned building.
The fire broke out Saturday night around 7:40 at a home on East Michigan Avenue near Elm Street.
Firefighters say when they arrived on scene, they found the garage fully engulfed in flames with an abandoned car inside and spread to the back of the house.
