EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Jersey Junction Ice Cream Parlor in East Grand Rapids is delaying its seasonal opening because of damage caused by winter weather. Although the ice cream shoppe usually opens in early March, 2026 will see Jersey Junction's doors open on April 1.
