WESTLAND, Mich. — Westland police are working to find a 67-year-old missing and endangered man who disappeared from his residence.
Around 9 p.m. on July 4, Robert Warren Brackney was seen walking down Warren Street near Westland Convalescence and Rehab Center.
Authorities say he suffers from a medical condition and has difficulty communicating.
Brackney is described as white 180-pound male, 6 foot tall with gray hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt, jeans, and glasses.
